The CHA ERROR shows up in the Nikon D200, Nikon D300, Nikon D70 and others.

It means that your NIKON DSLR, Nikon D200/D300 can't communicate with the flash card memory controller, basically it is the equivalent to an ERROR 02 in Canon.
